SECOND INTERNATIONAL PROJECT MEETING within the WMT project was held on Thursday 11th June 2004 in Gremmelin, Germany and was organized by the partner organization Ed-Lab. At the meeting the representatives from partner organizations were present.
The meeting was divided into two parts. The first part was focused on the summary of the project goals reached so far, the recent project results and the assessment of the co-operation and communication between the partners. Another point of the meeting was Ed-Lab's presentation on E-learning concepts in connection to the development of the intranet application. At the end of the first part of this meeting the main discussion was aimed at the project promotion and the dissemination of project results.
The second part of the meeting was opened by the debate on the modules' structure and content. Mr. Witassek defined the project plan and goals for the next project period, as well as further tasks for partners. Next to that he also introduced the main requirements concerning the quarterly reporting.

FIRST INTERNATIONAL PROJECT MEETING within the WMT project was held on 18th December 2003 in Opava, Czech Republic, the residence of the project co-ordinator - DC Vision, s.r.o. Managers of Kadlec, spol. s r.o. initiated the meeting, and the representatives of the partner organizations were present as well as the project consultant of the Czech National Agency of the Leonardo da Vinci programme, Mr.Coufalík.
The organizer of the meeting was Mr. Witassek, the managing director of DC Vision. The meeting was opened with an introduction of all partner organizations. The initial speech belonged to Mr. Coufalík who presented roles and competences of the National Agency of the Leonardo da Vinci programme within the Czech Republic. Main topics of the meeting were the definition of project goals, determination of the detailed work-programme and the setting of deadlines. The spare time was filled with a free discussion and questions concerning the project.
